The programme
From "I know the tyre trade" to owning a trading, Requex-powered business.
You should not have to assemble a van conversion, equipment, software, supplier accounts, insurance and marketing on your own. Requex coordinates the infrastructure around your business so you can concentrate on fitting tyres and looking after customers.
You own the business. Your company contracts with your customers and keeps what it earns after costs. Requex owns the network, the brand and the systems, which you use under a network licence and pay for as services.
Requex provides the unit. A converted, equipped, Requex-liveried van, your own Requex tenant, payments, suppliers and launch. The van and equipment are owned by 99 Operators and provided to you through Requex.
Requex supplies the network. Software, payments, tyre procurement, a public marketplace and a recognisable consumer brand on the road.
Room to grow. Your position and protected territory can scale: one van first, more vans and technicians as demand builds, without a competing operator being placed beside you.
You are selected, not sold to. Having the capital does not guarantee a place. Requex approves operators on competence, safety and commercial readiness.

The Fleet Unit
One standard build. Every van the same.
Each Fleet Unit is converted and equipped to a Requex specification, given a fleet asset number and tracked through its whole life. Requex owns the standard, so a unit can be serviced, supported and if necessary redeployed without starting from scratch.

Submitting an application does not reserve a vehicle or a territory, and approval is not guaranteed. Vehicle sourcing begins only after the conditions in your Operator Offer and Operator Agreement are met.
The investment
You do not buy the van. You join the network.
Your contributionToward launching your unit. Confirmed in your Operator Offer.
The van, conversion and equipment are a productive unit owned by 99 Operators and provided to your business through Requex. You contribute part of the cost of launching it and 99 Operators funds the rest, so you never buy a van. Nothing is paid at application.

Unit allocation is subject to approval and availability. Requex does not guarantee earnings, work volume or territory exclusivity. Requex and 99 Operators are not lenders or insurers.

Your three-year path
Your business from day one, without buying the van.
You join with skill and a contribution, and own the business from the start. The unit you operate is owned by 99 Operators and provided through Requex, so nobody takes a share of your profit. You build a territory, a customer base and a track record under a network licence with a clear term and renewal, and you can grow into a second unit as demand builds. You will know the whole lifecycle before you commit.
The licence term, renewal and end-of-term arrangements are being finalised and will be set out in your agreements before you commit. Nothing here is a promise of earnings or of any particular option.
Keep building. Renew your licence and carry on with the unit you know.
Scale. Roll what you have built into a second and third unit and run a multi-unit territory.
Move up a unit. Newer vehicles enter the fleet on renewal, so the unit you operate keeps pace.
Stay powered by Requex. The brand, systems and supply continue for as long as you are in the network.
Questions
Straight answers.
Is this a franchise?
You own your business and contract with your customers. Requex provides the brand, the systems, the deployment and the tyre supply under a network licence and is paid for those services. Whether that licence is legally a franchise-style agreement is for legal review; Requex is not positioning it as a franchise, and nothing about your status is settled by a label.
Do I own the van and the equipment?
No. The van, conversion and major equipment are a productive unit owned by 99 Operators and provided to your business through Requex under Requex's agreement with 99. You own your company, your customers' contracts are with you, and consumables and stock you buy are yours. If you leave, the unit goes to the next operator and your business relationship ends as your agreements set out.
When does Requex buy my vehicle?
Only after you have accepted an Operator Offer, signed your agreements and paid your contribution, and 99 Operators has allocated a funded unit to your territory. An application does not reserve a vehicle.
Is my territory exclusive?
Every operator has a defined operating area based on UK postcodes, sized around local demand and operator viability rather than an equal split of the map. Only 99 operator positions exist across the UK, and a position is a business: you can add vans and technicians inside your territory as demand grows. Whether an area is exclusive, protected or preferential is set in your Territory Schedule. Nothing on this site promises exclusivity.
How are my earnings worked out?
Customers pay your company through Requex-powered checkout. Your ledgers take off genuine costs, including tyres at a disclosed Requex wholesale price, the software fee, payment fees, fuel, insurance, maintenance and marketing. What is left is your business profit and it stays with you. The unit charge Requex pays 99 Operators is Requex's cost, not yours. You see every line; nothing is a black box.
Will Requex guarantee me work or income?
No. The Requex marketplace and central marketing generate customer bookings in your territory and you are expected to build local demand too, but Requex does not guarantee revenue, job volume, funding of any gap or your earnings.
What about insurance?
Requex intends every Fleet Unit and approved driver to be properly insured under a controlled arrangement. The structure, and any contribution you make, is confirmed in the Insurance and Driver Requirements Schedule before handover. Requex is not an insurer.
Can I apply from outside the UK?
Not at the moment. The programme launches in the United Kingdom only. Other markets will be announced separately with their own terms.
Five minutes tells us whether a full application makes sense. No payment, no obligation, and no vehicle is reserved until you are approved, committed and the unit is funded.
