You should not have to assemble a van conversion, equipment, software, supplier accounts, insurance and marketing on your own. Requex coordinates the infrastructure around your business so you can concentrate on fitting tyres and looking after customers.
Each Fleet Unit is converted and equipped to a Requex specification, given a fleet asset number and tracked through its whole life. Requex owns the standard, so a unit can be serviced, supported and if necessary redeployed without starting from scratch.
Final specification, equipment ownership and vehicle policy are set by Requex and stated in your Operator Offer.
Every unit has a deployment requirement: vehicle, conversion, equipment, technology, onboarding. You contribute the capital you can reasonably provide; 99 Operators assembles the rest for the approved gap. Capital is released milestone by milestone, never at application.
Amounts, milestones, VAT treatment, what is refundable and what happens on cancellation are set out in the Operator Offer and the Operator Agreement, which are the only documents that govern the relationship. Requex does not guarantee earnings, work volume, funding or territory exclusivity. Funding of the gap is subject to approval and availability. Requex is not a lender or an insurer.
The first cohort is small on purpose. Requex selects operators who can run a safe, reputable and commercially sustainable mobile tyre business while representing the Requex brand on the road.
Once accepted, you sign in to 99 Operators, the platform Requex runs its programme through. It shows where your Fleet Unit is, the documents waiting for your signature, your payment stages, your training and the tasks that unlock the next step.
You join with capital and skill and own the business from the start. For around three years 99 Operators shares in its defined profit as the capital provider, while you build a territory, a customer base and a track record. When that participation is bought out or redeemed, the whole profit stays with your company, and Requex keeps powering it under your network licence. You will know the whole lifecycle before you commit; nothing is taken from you in year three.
The capital term, the buyout or redemption mechanism and the licence term are being finalised and will be set out in your agreements before you commit. Nothing here is a promise of earnings or of any particular option.
